NMMC among top 10 largest gold mining companies in H1 2023
The international analytical center Kitco has compiled the list of the top 10 largest gold mining companies in the world in the first half of the year.

According to Kitco, Newmont was the world’s largest gold mining company in H1 2023 (half year ended 30 June 2023), followed by Barrick, Agnico Eagle, Polyus and NMMC.
The top 10 gold producers mined 13.9 million ounces of gold in H1 2023, up by 3% compared to H1 2022.
During the reporting period, Navoi Mining and Metallurgy Combinat produced 1,425 thousand ounces of gold. The company owns and operates the Muruntau open pit mining complex, one of the largest gold mining operations in the world by production and reserves.
