18 gas stations in Andijan region found selling low-quality fuel
The Competition Committee has ordered the return of 128 million UZS to consumers after discovering violations at 18 gas stations in Andijan region in 2024, where substandard gasoline was sold, according to a statement from the department.

During inspections, poor-quality fuel was found to be sold at the following gas stations:
- Andijan Oil Base
- Faykon
- Markaziy Gaz Oil
- Azizbek Barchinoy
- Sanjar
- Qalqon Invest Star
- Baraka 2000
- Ziyo Agro Kimyo Mineral
- Abdusattor Sifat Oil
- Madina Baraka Xamkor
- Fayz Baraka Hamkori
- Eco Petrol Max
- Mustaqillik 2001
- Elit Tranzit Oil
- Boburshox Plyus Oil
- Brava Oil Ko
- Moxinur Oil
- Maks Petrol Agro
According to the department’s calculations, the total unjustified income from the sale of substandard fuel amounted to approximately 128 million UZS.
A special commission has initiated legal proceedings in each case for violations of the "Consumer Rights Protection Law," and the gas stations have been ordered to refund consumers for the money paid for the poor-quality fuel.
