Defense ministers of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan signed a cooperation plan for 2023
On October 19, at the meeting of the Minister of Defense of Uzbekistan Bakhodir Kurbanov and the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Khasanov in Baku, a bilateral cooperation plan for 2023 was signed.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan, at the meeting, the parties discussed prospects of cooperation in military, military-technical, military-educational and other fields, as well as regional security and other issues.
Bakhodir Kurbanov emphasized that defense cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan serves to further strengthen the armies of both countries. He also noted his satisfaction with his visit to Azerbaijan, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and congratulated him on the upcoming Victory Day (the day celebrated on November 8 in connection with the victory in the Second Karabakh War).
The delegation of Uzbekistan got acquainted with the technical capabilities of management at the Central Command Center of Azerbaijan.
