Enter Engineering, a company whose employees frequently complain about delayed salaries, may also be in debt for electricity usage. The state-owned company “Regional Power Grids” (Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari) has filed a lawsuit against Enter Engineering over the supply of electric power. In addition to this, the company is facing legal claims from an agency under the Ministry of Water Resources and at least one private enterprise.

According to the court hearing schedule, “Regional Power Grids” JSC filed a lawsuit against Enter Engineering on April 24, 2025, with the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court. The case concerns the issue of electricity delivered to the company.
The first-instance hearing is scheduled to begin on June 20, 2025, at the Tashkent City Economic Court, presided over by Judge Anvar Usmonov. Kun.uz has sent an official inquiry to “Regional Power Grids” for clarification on the situation.
Also on June 20, the Tashkent City Court will consider a lawsuit filed by the State Institution for the Introduction of Market Mechanisms in the Water Sector, operating under the Ministry of Water Resources. This claim relates to a paid service agreement.
Additionally, on the same day and at the same court, Enter Engineering will appear as the defendant in a case initiated by its subsidiary, “Shahus-Servis” LLC, which is responsible for constructing the Boysun gas processing plant. This case involves arbitration proceedings.
Enter Engineering has frequently drawn media attention due to employees’ complaints about delayed salaries.
Previously, the Chilanzar District Employment Department helped a Russian employee recover $57,000 in unpaid wages from Enter Engineering. In November 2024, employees of entities directly or indirectly linked to the company also reached out to Kun.uz, stating that they had not received salaries for several months.
For reference, Enter Engineering was founded in 2012 and was previously under the control of Gazprombank. The company provides services in the design, supply, construction, and commissioning of oil and gas, industrial, and civil infrastructure projects.
